The boat carrying Milady and the executioner reached the other side of the river. He executed her. After that Cardinal called up D’Artagnan and take charge of murder on him. He told Cardinal that he has a warrant which had been signed by him. Cardinal saw that letter it was the letter he had been given to Milady. Cardinal tore that letter and wrote a new letter. When D’Artagnan read that letter he was suppressed because it was the letter of his being a new Lieutenant. His friends were happy for him. And the four Musketeers remained friends forever and ever.
